Annie musical
In early May, the musical Annie premiered at Seljaskóli. The musical was the result of work in the drama elective by students in 8th, 9th and 10th grades this winter. Teachers Sandra Ómarsdóttir and Þórir Brjánn Ingvarsson supervised the project.
This type of large project provides diverse, interdisciplinary learning and invaluable experience.
Twenty students took part in the project and shared the roles among themselves. The show lasted about an hour, and the students received high praise for their acting and singing. It's safe to say the project was a complete success, and we at Seljaskóli are extremely proud of this group and their teachers!
